The lady was very nice but untill he harms himself or someone else or breaks a law nothing can be done, which is understandable...
Last night he came down to use the phone after Randy got home and Randy being the smart guy he is memerorized the phone number and over heard that neighbor was talking to his sister..So we now have her number Thank God.....
My delima now is do I call her and say its me or do it anonomisly in case it would anger him, although at this point he is so out there.... I don't think he knows if he is coming or going or who is doing what..
His sister asked him if he was on his meds and he said that when the police took him out of town they told him not to come back in the city or they would throw him in jail...
andhe thought that if he really needed his meds they would bring it out to him......
So it is looking more like mental illness than drugs...we gave him some microvable chicken sandwiches and a couple of sodas
he was very appreciative.... Randy said we didn't think he had much and he replied thatyes randy is right he has nothing..so at least hopfully he had something warm to eat last night if he realized enough to heat them up.....
I figure for my party I will just tell my brother to just pick up a cheap pack of cigarettes to give to the neighbor when he gets here.. that should keep him home and happy.... Now to figure out how to disable caller ID, can it even be done ?

I think you can push *69 before you dial the number so they don't know who you are.......I've never done it so that is why I say "I think". It figures no one will do anything until he hurts himself or someone else.
