Why By US......

Our neighbor has been having issues since his wife left him..
Maybe she left him because he was having issues ........
All I know is that something has happened
The neighbor has always been a bit loud,
he liked to yell and stuff but we have never had any problems with him...
he has been acting weird the last few times I have talked to him.......

The story is that a couple of weeks ago he was sitting out in the yard along the highway NAKED some one called the cops but they said as long as he was in his own yard they wouldn't do anything Later that night at the little store he was talking on the pay phone NAKED and then he started a fire in the parking lot the police came and locked him up on a mental hold ...

He is out now and obsessed with our drive way... We came home Friday and he had put a private drive sign up in the middle of our driveway ... Randy took it down and moved it to the side of the road.... we live off a dirt road not alot of traffic....Well today we get up and he had the sign back up and a fence and rope tied across our driveway a drive way that we use every day... Its on land that the county owns but its our driveway always has been......
Randy talked to him asked him why he is blocking our driveway and the neighbor says he doesn't want people driving up and down our driveway {{{HELLO}}} we have lived here since 1996 and the only people that drive on our driveway is us.. I just noticed a little while ago and now he has the sign up on a orange crate alongside our driveway..Ugh.....
