CPAP 5th night

Last I slept from about 11pm till 3:45 am that's really good for me..I took meletonin to help me out sleeping pills usually make me feel worse so I thought I would give these a try ..I haven't had the night sweats 2 nights in a row and that's a pretty big deal too...Today felt pretty good when I woke up but started getting headachey at around noon took advil then tylenols about an hour later..... was pretty tired all afternoon took a evening nap...I just think its going to take me a while to feel better...Even though I have probably had the sleep apnea for years, I have really been feeling alot worse since July ...
