CPAP Day 2

Randy and Mindi did notice quite a difference in me yesterday. I didn't have a headache for the first time in a long time and I wasn't completely worn out by 1 in the afternoon..
Today so far I feel pretty good.... I did have a headache though and took a couple of advils ...
I am taking prednizone again because my breathing was feeling worse.. I am hopeful by the time I am weaned off this round of it that the cpap will have helped my breathing, we'll see...
The machine really hasn't been to hard for me to get used to as far as being claustrophobic or anything my pressure is set pretty high a 14, which feels about like a hair dryer on medium blowing on you...
I am still snoring though and that's not good.... At my last sleep study they could only get my apneas down to 9 an hour which is still high, but much much better that the 88 an hour I was getting without the cpap..
My O2 only dropped below 90% for 12 minutes rather than the 44 minutes that it was ... I plan on sleeping with my chin strap tonight to try to stop the snoring ...
Thanksgiving post and pictures to come :-)
