Spasms.....HURT !!!

It seems like my esophageal spasms are getting worse !!!!! I had a really bad one last night and then another this afternoon.. I guess its normal, from what I hear....but the pain is so bad,{{comparable to a labor pain these just don't go one for hours over and over Thank God}} !!!
they last about 15 to 30 seconds, but my gosh they sure hurt !!!! I am still on daily pain pills for my shoulder.. I think that keeps me from having so much pain. I really only have them when my pain meds have wore off ...
