Pain Pain Pain...

I really tried to get the house cleaned up yesterday for my next surgery I managed to get the towels washed and the refriderater partialy cleaned out...
today I can't do a thing I am in so much pain with my shoulder....I don't really think i will be able to do much at all untill I am healed up after my surgery, it really sucks ...
