~~This little light of mine~~

So yesterday we (Rylan and I cause Randy had to run out to our motor-home)were going to the cemetery after we ran to the store to get a balloon we got the the Applegate bridge which is real close to the cemetery and we were listening to the radio and the DJ say's this was the number 1 song on this day February 4th in 1967 and I thought wow that's neat my birth year and the girls birthday then the song came on called Kind of a drag by the Buckinghams and the second verse says


Kind of a drag
When your baby says goodbye
Kind of a drag
When you feel like you want to cry
Then we get to the cemetery I decided to video Rylan putting their balloon by their headstone and their little solar light was flashing off and on I thought it was because it was starting to get dark and didn't think much of it except that I was glad is was working because it has been there since the day we buried them

As you can see it wasn't dark at all it was about 5:15 the time on my camera is off it said it was 6:15 but its an hour off ..

So then Rylan and I walked around the cemetery and I noticed no other solar lights were on and I figured it must be because ours is more in the open which really doesn't make since the ones in the shadier part of the cemetery would come on first..We walked around for about 10 or 15 minutes he wanted me to read the names off of the headstones.... There is one little boy buried up there that would of been the same age as Wyatt but was run over in his driveway 15 days before Christmas in 2005 he had just celebrated his first birthday on November 22nd that's was about Wyatts due date... I was explaining to Rylan that's why we have to be so careful around cars, he was very interested in that baby's grave there lots of mementos there ...
Then we made it back to the babies grave and I noticed that the light was off I thought that was really strange so I videoed that too ..Maybe it was a little hello greeting for me...
Randy made it up to the cemetery probably about 5-10 minutes after we left and the light didn't flash when he was there but he said that it looked lighter around their headstone and at first he did think it was on and had to look twice to see that it wasn't ..

Summer is over ...

and Fall has arrived ..brrrrr it very cold in the mornings 32 degrees cold ...The turkeys come most every day with the kitty cat stalking them the whole time and the deer has been by a few times...I am on a higher does of advair and I think its helping with my breathing a little ..had a ultrasound on my gallbladder it came back normal...Mindi's did too...... so she had a HIDA scan in showed that her gallbladder is sluggish so she is waiting to hear what the doctor says about that ....
In other big news Mindi started Beauty school this week ..I just know she is going to love it...I am very proud of her..I know how much she hated school school LOL
Rylan is potty trained for #1 he pee'd on the refrigerator yesterday. I thought it was orange juice, till I realized we don't have any orange juice LOL...He likes to pee on different stuff must be a boy thing its mostly been only outside stuff till yesterday..I told him we absolutely cannot be peeing like that in the house ..and last night he pee'd in the big potty for the first time, its so cute watching him do his little skip run to the bathroom and lift the seat ...
Last night we had a meeting at the cemetery to vote on how high of a fence we want put up at the back of the cemetery ..its going to be 5 ft ..I also Talked with Brenda L. about getting together to plant daffodils up there I have more than 60 to plant and she will have some things to.I want it to be filled with flowers every spring right now there are a few here and there that different family have planted on the graves....
When I told Rylan we were going to the cemetery for a meeting he said "bad guys are there" he probably seen that on a cartoon or something ..But he had a great time playing on the steps there and one of the neighbor dogs came over and Rylan had a blast playing with her..So I don't think he thinks there are bad guys there anymore :-)

Lots going on ...

Been so busy since Easter well that and being sickly ...
Lets see Rylan Puked in the car coming home on Easter did I blog about that last time I am not sure ..He also got bit by a small dog it, barley broke the skin but as you can imagine about gave me a heart attack... I was sitting just a few feet away from him too...and didn't notice he was shaking a plastic egg with coins in it that he had found on the egg hunt right in the doggies face ..anyways he is fine ... I am always cautious around dogs but this dog is around kids his age, so I let my guard down a bit more than usual, learned my lesson about that, at Rylans expense I felt so bad ...
I got very sick on that Wednesday ( I think it was) Puking and feeling yucky for the next 4 days ..
My nephew wrecked his bike and ruptured his spleen on this past Sunday and was in critical care till yesterday, he is still in the the hospital now, but may get to come home tomorrow... please keep him in your prayers, that his spleen heals and he gets to keep it ...
I went to the dentist yesterday to have a new temp crown put on the tooth that I just had a crown put on in December it wasn't done right and has be driving me practically insane for the past 4 months... my permanent one will be done May 12th, can't wait ....
I also designed and printed up reminder postcards for our annual cemetery association meeting, finished and mailed them off yesterday..
We are starting the potty training a little more hard core now and made a sticker chart so every time Ryan sits on the potty he will get a awesome sticker from the package aunt chel-dee sent him when he gets 10 in one day he will get a prize..
