A new Potty

Rylan is pretty excited about helping Randy replace the toilet. About 10 years ago I picked a briggs vacutity toilet OMG biggest mistake of my toilet picking way, the only one I have ever picked plug plug plug and you can't use a normal plunger on it. Since I had picked it out I did't want to complain about it because Randy is the one doing all the work to put it in...
Well its gotten to the point where it runs all the time so we are replacing it with a toto, Randy researched this one and its supposed to be a top rated model!!!!! oh please let it be true !!!!!!!!

House Hunting on a whim...

Decided to see what houses are going for in my neck o the woods and came across this deal Affordable house Thought wow that's a great deal for a small stater/rental home so I went to check it out OMG you could smell it from the sidewalk smelled like animal poop bad, bad, bad .... It was REALLY BAD....

So this evening I thought I would do a little more looking and came across this place I'll bet it doesn't smell like animal poop!!!
Honestly who could afford to live here, my minds a turning, lawyer, doctor, movie star, crooked investment banker, Who LOL........
I just can't image who has that kind of money around here and who in the heck do they think is going to buy it...{{I wonder who is going to buy it}} Over 15 thousand square feet and only 3 bedrooms, Now that's funny!!! monthly payment of $33,000.00 and that's with 1.5 million down..I do believe that's more than most people make here in a year...
