Will I ever blog again ??

I sure hope so ...because that would mean that things are getting back to normal ...Right now my Dad is still waiting to hear from Stanford to see if they can do the procedure on his leaky heart valve ...I am recovering from radio frequency ablation in my esophagus which it was more painful than I had imagined..Rylan is learning to swim in his little pool with his snorkel and mask...he is doing homeschool PE at the YMCA right now and I am signing him up for swim lessons soon ...

Bipass and heart valves

Been a busy week my Dad had 4 way bipass and 2 new mechanical heart valves done last Thurday...He is still on the vent...He had a CT scan yesterday to check his brain and as far as I know that came back normal..He started following commands in last couple of days and that is what he needs to do to to get off the vent...Maybe he was able to be weaned off I will know in about and hour... So like I said its been a very busy week ...

A change of plans for my Dad

He had to go to ER this morning he had a fever ...Turns out he has a UTI and surgery won't be until its cleared up probably next week.... Thank God He got the fever before surgery..... His doctor said it would of been a catastrophe if his heart would of been infected during or after surgery !!!!!!!!
