I was thinking back to Chele's babyisms....
One always makes me laugh. She was about two and a half and could not yet get her tongue for her "Tr" sounds. And she loved big TRUCKS when we were riding around in the car. "tr" came out as an "f" sound...
Use your imagination. It was a very embarrassing few months ... the only time I actively worked to help that child master her phonetics. LOL
OMG Sherri I almost choked on my ham sandwich.... that is to tooo funny LMAO...I can picture it in my head so clearly !!!!!!

We were on our way to a Late Model Sportsman car race in South Boston VA while she was in this phase. Chele was up front in the car with Butch and me and his best frined, John and his girl friend, Mayra were in the back.
As we headed down the highway, we passed a tractor trailer Chele started clapping her hands and yelling her version for "TRUCK! TRUCK! TRUCK!" at the top of her lungs. John and Myra had just taken a big drink of something -- might have been beer -- and they both started laughing so hard they choked and snorted whatever it was. For the rest of the trip, John made sure that Chel Chel saw every damn truck on the highway. Thank goodness she slept all the way home.
