Breakfast

is there anything better than a meatloaf sandwich for breakfast yummy ...ok so it is almost noon and I just got up so maybe its kind of like lunch now LOL so far my throat and tummy are not burning ...another thought I had was that it was because I had been taking my dexalent in the capsule form the past few days {{I figured why not since I have had so many dialations }}, usually I break it open and swallow the little medicine bead thingies ...yesterday I started doing that again so maybe that was the problem ..I have always had trouble swallowing capsules for some reason the just don't want to go down my throat...
