Dairy and eggs

My allergytest came back that I am allergic to milk and eggs...the gluten allergy part came back not so bad my naturalpath said there are lots of diffrent glutens so this bloodtest maynot of tested so much for those ..the saliva test I had showed I am allegic to it so I am going to do my best to stay clear of it ..
