Heard in the Herb Shop today

I was in line behind a lady who was asking the people that work there "what should I do for a cut off body part that keeps getting infected ?" they asked what body part she said "its a toe" I was thinking WTH why isnt the person at a doctors !!!! the people that work there said "to try some goldenseal on it" I am still shaking my head over that one.... they did ask her if it was a staph infection, she said she had no clue...
